Yummy fritters made of onions and chick pea flour
2 cups onions, sliced
1/2 cup chickpea flour
1 cup rice flour
¼ tsp chilli powder (optional)
1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
1 teaspoon East India Pantry Garam Masala
1 teaspoon salt
Vegetable or Canola for deep frying
Mix all the ingredients.
Heat oil till very hot. Drop small balls of mixture in the hot oil using two teaspoons. Fry for 4-5 minutes till golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
