Onion Pakoras

Yummy fritters made of onions and chick pea flour
Serves 4
 2 cups onions, sliced
 1/2 cup chickpea flour
 1 cup rice flour
 ¼ tsp chilli powder (optional)
 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
 1 teaspoon East India Pantry Garam Masala
 1 teaspoon salt
 Vegetable or Canola for deep frying


Mix all the ingredients.
Heat oil till very hot. Drop small balls of mixture in the hot oil using two teaspoons. Fry for 4-5 minutes till golden brown. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
