1-2-3-4 Cake
The most simplest and quickest cake recipe out there! The recipe gets its name from using 1 cup butter, 2 cups sugar, 3 cups flour and 4 eggs and hence 1-2-3-4 cake
Cake with cream and raspberries- my favorite!
1-2-3-4 Cake
Ingredients:
1 cup softened butter
2 cups sugar
3 cups all purpose flour
4 eggs
1 cup milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
Mix sugar and butter in a mixing bowl till they combine well. Add eggs, milk and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric beater on medium speed for three minutes incorporating all the ingredients. Add the flour and mix for two more minutes scrapping the sides of the bowl.
Cake batter so good can be eaten as is!
Prepare a pan by smearing butter on the sides and lining the bottom with parchment paper.
Prepare the baking pan
Preheat the oven to 350 degree F. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30 minutes or till a tooth pick inserted in the center of the pan comes out clean.
Bake for 30 mins at 350 degree F
Serve with whipped cream and fresh berries.
1-2-3-4 Cake! Enjoy!
