Tandoori Fish

Traditionally prepared in the Tandoor (clay oven) can be baked in a regular oven. A delicious and popular fish preparation.

TANDOORI SALMON

Ingredients:

1 lb Salmon cut into thick 2 inch pieces
3 tsps East India Pantry Tandoori Masala (can subsitute with any other brand Tandoori Masala)
2 tbsp Lemon juice
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
2 tbsp thick plain yogurt

METHOD:

Wash and clean the fish.

Salmon cut into 2 inch pieces


Place in the fish in a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix gently to coat.

Mix all the ingredients

Marinate for at least 1/2 hour upto 12 hours in the refrigerator.

Marinate for at least 1/2 hour

Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Bake for 30 mins and broil on hight for two minutes to give it a deep red color.

Bake at 375 degree F

Serve hot with lemon wedges.

Grilled to Perfection!

Serve as an Appetizer!
