Soft pieces of paneer (Indian cottage cheese) are smeared with a cilantro, pesto, yogurt paste and grilled with bell peppers and onions to make a succulent kabab.
8 oz paneer- cut into 1 inch x 1/4 inch thick pieces
1 green bell pepper cut into 1 inch square pieces
1 red bell pepper cut into 1 inch square pieces
1 yellow bell pepper cut into 1 inch square pieces
1 onion cut into 1 inch square pieces
2 tbsp drained plain yogurt
Salt to taste
3 tsp East India Pantry Curry Masala Powder
3 tsp prepared pesto
3 tsp cilantro paste
1 big lemon squeezed
When time for grilling, skewer the paneer, peppers, onions alternating to make a pretty presentation.
