1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts- cut into 2 inch pieces
1 green bell pepper cut into squares
1 orange bell pepper cut into squares
1 red bell pepper cut into squares
1 onion cut into squares
1 tsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp chilli-garlic paste (available at Asian stores)


1/2 cup thick plain yogurt
3 tsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tsp East India Pantry Tandoori Masala
2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro


Wash and pat dry the chicken pieces. Marinade chicken in the ingredients combined for the marinade for at least 1 hour or up to over night.

Chicken Tikka Marinade

Bake chicken in a pre heated 400 degree oven for 40 mins.

Baked Chicken Tikka

Heat two tsps oil in a wide skillet and add bell pepper, onion pieces. Add a tsp of ketchup and a tsp of chilli-garlic paste. Saute vegetable till slightly softy. Add cooked chicken pieces and mix together. Serve hot garnished with lemon wedges.
